We ship to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The available shipping options at checkout may vary depending on your shipping address and items purchased.

Handling Absences & Returns
- If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will leave a notice for pickup or rescheduling.
- If an address is incorrect or the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us.
- We will contact you for address confirmation to resend with extra fees if necessary.
- We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered but not received, or if refused or left unclaimed.
Customs, Duties & International Fees
- We ship DUTY UNPAID (DDU) internationally.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival, payable directly to your local customs authorities.
- We are not liable for delays or extra charges caused by customs clearance.
